Assistant Sales Manager - Import & Export of Fresh Fruits

Job Description

• Sales Management: Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and suppliers

• Identify and secure new business opportunities for the import and export of fresh fruits
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
• Logistics and Supply Chain: Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient transportation of fresh fruits
• Oversee inventory management and optimize supply chain processes
• Documentation and Compliance: Manage and oversee all documentation related to import and export transactions
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and standards
• Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales process
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential markets and customer needs
• Provide regular reports on market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members

Qualification & Other Requirement

• Bachelors degree in agriculture (BSc
• Agriculture) or a related field
• Proven experience of 3+ years in Import & Export of Fresh Fruits
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and procedures
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
• Ability to join the team immediately
• Flexibility to travel as needed
• Proactive attitude and ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Age limit not exceeding 38 years
