Job Description

Jio Institute is currently seeking applications for a faculty role in Sports Management. We aim to recruit educators and researchers who are deeply committed to both teaching and advancing research in Sports Management. The chosen candidate will be instrumental in enriching our academic programs and spearheading research efforts that synergize with the strategic vision of the Institute. Assistant Professor:

Sport Marketing
Sport Finance and Economics
Sport Analytics
Sport Governance
Sports Consulting

Faculty are expected to establish a robust research program, guide and mentor students and postdoctoral scholars, secure external funding, conduct research, and publish in leading journals and conference proceedings.

They are expected to develop and teach undergraduate and postgraduate classes and participate in service activities at the Institute and relevant professional societies and organizations.

Qualifications:
A Doctorate in a relevant discipline from reputed Indian or global institution, with evidence of record of original research showing promise for future growth.
Post-Doctoral experience in a world class institution is preferred.
Excellence in cutting edge research and in transformative teaching is a must.
