Job Description

We are Hiring a Assistant Manager - Plant HR for a leading 30 years old FMCG Brand.

Location: Mumbai

This is a 6 Day working Role.

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related fields.

Role:

Candidate should be well versed with Plant Recruitment, Blue Collar Hiring, Contract Labour Management & Plant HR Operations.
Candidate should be fluent in Marathi Language

Job Objective:

Lead and support the HR operations at the manufacturing plant. This includes end-to-end management of blue-collar hiring, handling employee grievances, contract labour administration, payroll processing and time & attendance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage hiring for blue-collared workforce and skilled/unskilled labour.
Resolve employee grievances with a focus on maintaining industrial harmony.
Handle workforce engagement and day-to-day people management at the plant level.
Oversee contract labour compliance and vendor coordination.
End-to-end payroll processing and statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, etc.).
Monitor and manage time office operations and biometric attendance systems.
Maintain and ensure legal and statutory compliance at the plant.
Partner with department heads for manpower planning and productivity initiatives.
