Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-focused Assistant Packing & Labelling -Disspatch Supervisor for our Microbiology Division. The candidate will be responsible for assisting the packing, labelling, and dispatch activities while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Assist in Overseeing packing ,labelling and dispatch activities..
Assist Packing/Labelling In-Charge in all packing, labelling, despatch activities in the Finished Goods (FG) Stores Department and maintain accurate records.
Ensure proper packaging of materials and update the Packing Register accordingly.
Maintain the Stock Ledger in the ERP module.
Assist in sample despatch and maintaining documentation of all sample challans.
Co-ordinate with helpers and oversee the packing & labelling work done by helpers.
Ensure proper housekeeping standards are upheld in the Finished Goods Stores.

Required Skills:

Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Fresher.
Knowledge of packing and labelling procedures, in a microbiology or laboratory products environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP preferred).
Ability to Assist a small team effectively.
