Equipment Operation:Assisting in the operation of machinery or equipment according to standard procedures and safety guidelines
Monitoring machines during operation to ensure they function properly
Maintenance and Inspection:Conducting routine checks and basic maintenance tasks on machinery
Notifying supervisors of any malfunctions or issues with equipment
Quality Control:Assisting in quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet specified standards
Reporting any deviations or defects in the manufacturing process
Compliance and Safety:Adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment
Following operational procedures to comply with industry standards
Team Support:Collaborating with the operational team to achieve production goals and targets
Providing assistance to operators or technicians as needed
Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machinery operation can be beneficial
Basic understanding of machinery and equipment operation
Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately
Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
