Assistant Marketing Manager

Job Description

Job Summary:
The Assistant Marketing Manager will support the hospitals marketing initiatives with a strong focus on lead management, coordination with marketing agencies, and efficient patient appointment handling. The role requires a blend of marketing execution, communication, and operational coordination to enhance patient acquisition and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Management

• Track and manage incoming leads from multiple channels (digital campaigns, calls, walk-ins, referrals, etc.)
• Ensure timely follow-ups and conversion of leads into patient visits
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
• Analyze lead performance and generate periodic reports

2. Coordination with Marketing Agencies

• Act as a point of contact between the hospital and external marketing agencies
• Coordinate campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels
• Monitor campaign performance and ensure deliverables are met on time
• Provide inputs for creatives, content, and campaign strategies

3. Patient Appointment Management

• Coordinate with front desk and medical departments to schedule patient appointments
• Ensure smooth handling of appointments from lead stage to consultation
• Follow up with patients for confirmations, rescheduling, and feedback
• Improve patient experience through efficient communication

4. Marketing Support & Execution

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Support branding initiatives and hospital events
• Maintain marketing databases and reports
• Work closely with internal teams for campaign execution

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in CRM tools and lead tracking systems
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (Google Ads, social media, etc.)
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Patient-centric approach
