Role & responsibilities

1. Lateral Hiring & Delivery- Manage and lead end-to-end lateral hiring across mid to senior-level roles . Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and candidate communities. • Oversee assessments, market intelligence, and talent mapping initiatives

2.Business Development & Revenue Growth-Own and deliver revenue targets for the region through lateral hiring mandates. Identify and develop new business opportunities across sectors. • Strengthen long-term client relationships through consistent delivery excellence. 3.Stakeholder & Client Management- Serve as a trusted recruitment advisor to senior business leaders and hiring managers. Conduct negotiations with confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity. • Provide clients with industry insights, compensation benchmarks, and market analysis.

4.Leadership & Team Management -Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure delivery excellence. Foster a high-performance culture focused on outcomes and client satisfaction. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Marketing, Analytics) for seamless execution
