Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase patient acquisition.
- Build relationships with local clinics and general physicians, Optometrists and optical shops.
- Promote key services such as cataract surgery, LASIK, retina treatments, glaucoma management, and pediatric eye care.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and patient targets.
- Organize free eye check-up camps in schools, corporates, rural areas, and communities.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate with 2-5 years of experience in Hospital/Healthcare marketing/Pharma Marketing etc.
- Eye hospital marketing experience is preferred.
