Job Description

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing housekeeping, pest control, landscaping, and other soft services to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, hygiene standards, and client satisfaction within the property.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage housekeeping operations, cleaning schedules, and ensure adherence to defined standards.
Coordinate pest control activities as per approved schedules.
Oversee maintenance and upkeep of the property management office and common areas.
Supervise deployment of housekeeping staff and conduct regular training and briefings.
Ensure compliance with IMS standards, safety guidelines, and statutory requirements.
Monitor complaint resolution timelines (TAT) and ensure high service quality.
Maintain records, checklists, reports, and contribute to monthly management reports.
Manage AMC contracts, vendor performance, and invoice compliance.
Ensure availability and inventory control of consumables and materials.
Oversee waste management, deep cleaning schedules, and site hygiene.
Manage landscaping and horticulture, ensuring proper upkeep of plants and outdoor areas.
Conduct routine inspections to maintain service performance standards.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Experience in housekeeping/soft services within property management or real estate.
Strong team management and vendor coordination skills.
Knowledge of safety practices, IMS standards, and compliance.
Good communication and reporting skills.
