Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and patient volume targets.
Identify new business opportunities in the healthcare and ophthalmology market.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Promote cataract, LASIK, retina, glaucoma, pediatric ophthalmology, and other eye care services.
Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when required.
Organize eye screening camps in schools, companies, residential societies, and communities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors and healthcare partners.

5-7 years of experience in healthcare sales, hospital marketing, pharmaceutical sales, diagnostics, or healthcare business development.
Experience in ophthalmology or specialty healthcare is preferred.
