Responsibilities

Share equity recommendations to help (mapped) RMs / dealers / franchise partners guide clients.
Build relationships with - Relationship Managers (RMs), Dealers and Franchise partners. Further support them in client trading and portfolio decisions.
Market Research - Stay updated with - Market trends, Research reports, Economic news, Sector performance.
Client Internal Coordination - Handle client queries, Coordinate between clients and RMs and Monitor advisory calls.
Compliance Monitoring - Ensure advice and calls follow company and regulatory norms. Keep records and follow compliance rules.
Conduct fortnightly review calls with team members for Feedback, Follow-ups, training and assistance

Preferred candidate profile

Strong communication negotiation skills with knowledge of NSE/BSE platforms, derivatives, and capital markets
The role requires attention to detail, speed, and strong analytical skills
Candidates from BFSI Industry preferred - Freshers
