Opportunity for Assistant Manager-Radiology for Mahim Location.

Location: Mahim

Qualification: MBA or MHA in hospital/Healthcare Management

Experience: 2+ years

The Assistant Manager Imaging will oversee daily operations within the department, ensuring efficiency and adherence to hospital policies.
- This role will involve coordinating with various teams to implement best practices and improve patient care services. Shall be responsible for legal compliances. Shall coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies for the same.
- The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for managing staff schedules, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment.
- He / she will be part of a dedicated team focused on delivering high-quality healthcare services in a fast-paced environment.
- He / she shall oversee operational processes and ensure compliance with hospital standards and regulations. Shall be proficient in Quality assurance and management of Imaging department. Well versed with NABH Radiology standards.
- He / she shall manage daily team activities, addressing any issues that arise, and providing guidance to staff members.
- He /she shall monitor financial performance and assisting in budget preparations to optimize resource allocation.

He or she shall be
- A minimum of a Masters degree in Healthcare Administration or related field, with relevant experience in healthcare management especially in Imaging / Diagnostic field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and departments.
- Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to fostering a patient-centered approach in all operations.
