Quantity Take-Off (QTO) Pre-Bid and Post-Award Bill of Quantities (BOQ) Preparation and Tender Item Description Pre-Bid and Post-Award Rate Analysis Cost Estimation and Budgeting BOQ Management and Cost Control Material Reconciliation Value Engineering Contract Claims and Final Account Settlement Variation and Change Order Management Vendor Evaluation and Commercial Risk Assessment Commercial and Contract Administration Advanced MS Excel and AutoCAD Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills Teamwork, Coordination, and Stakeholder Management

Preferred candidate profile

Review tender drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents. Prepare quantity take-offs (QTO) during the pre-bid stage. Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQs) during both pre-bid and post-award stages. Develop detailed cost estimates and project budgets. Perform rate analysis for construction activities and materials.

Technical Competencies:

BIM Quantity Take-Off (Navisworks/Revit) - Preferred

Organized

Support tender preparation, bid submissions, and technical/commercial evaluations. Monitor project BOQs and track quantity changes through monthly BOQ reports. Verify quantities of work executed on site for billing and cost control. Prepare material reconciliation statements and quantity variance reports. Monitor project costs against the approved budget and identify cost variances.
