Job Overview:
Emiza Supply Chain Services is looking for an experienced Procurement Candidate to manage sourcing, vendor coordination, and procurement activities across our logistics and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will come from a logistics background and be adept at ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services essential for efficient warehouse operations and mainly Packaging Material.

Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Operations: Manage end-to-end procurement of materials including packaging, warehouse consumables, equipment, and services.
Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, onboard, and maintain
relationships with vendors and service providers. Ensure vendor
compliance with quality and delivery standards.
Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service agreements to ensure cost efficiency without compromising on quality.
Purchase Planning: Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to forecast material requirements and create purchase schedules accordingly.
Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with inventory and store teams to
avoid stockouts or overstocking of critical items.
Cost Control: Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement processes while maintaining quality standards.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure all purchases are in line with company policies and audit requirements.
Data Management: Generate reports on procurement performance,
vendor metrics, and cost analysis for internal reviews.

Preferred Skills:
Prior experience with logistics vendors and service procurement.
Exposure to cost control and vendor evaluation frameworks.
Understanding of GST, invoicing, and purchase order processes.
