Job Description

Responsible for end-to-end HR operations for manufacturing plant. The Assistant Manager HR will partner with plant leadership to drive employee engagement, ensure statutory compliance, manage workforce planning, build a safe compliant work culture

Required Candidate profile

5-8 yrs of HR experience, with minimum 2 years in manufacturing/pharma plant environment.
Strong understanding of labor laws, IR, factory compliance, payroll. Exp in handling large workforce in pharma
