Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager with 8-12 years of experience.
Roles and Responsibilities: Project Planning: Defining projects goals, timeline, and budgets.
Creating detailed project plans and schedules.
Coordination: Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers, to ensure seamless integration of hydraulic systems into new products.
Resource Management: Allocating resources effectively to meet project deadlines and goals.
Team Leadership , training, and performance review.
Managerial Attributes: Experience in simulation and analysis, project management, mentorship, innovation and research.
Standards and Compliance, Testing and validation, Technical documentation, progress reports, patent and intellectual property.
