Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Position: Assistant Vice President (AVP) – Mobile Banking IT

We are looking for an experienced AVP – Mobile Banking IT to lead and drive Mobile Banking and Cash Management System (CMS) initiatives for a leading organization.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related IT discipline (Mandatory)
Minimum 10 years of IT experience
Prior team handling/leadership experience is mandatory
Strong hands-on experience in Mobile Banking platforms (Mandatory)
Experience leading or supporting Cash Management System (CMS) initiatives
Ability to manage end-to-end application delivery, production support, and stakeholder management
Strong understanding of digital banking technologies, system integration, and banking operations

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Mobile Banking technology function and manage a high-performing team.
Drive development, enhancement, and support of Mobile Banking applications.
Oversee CMS-related technology initiatives and ensure seamless integration with banking systems.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional IT teams.
Ensure application availability, security, performance, and regulatory compliance.
Manage project delivery, production issues, and continuous process improvements.
