Job Description

Organisation: Gogo Foods (One of the verticals of Shree Naman Group)

Location: Terminal 2, International Airport (Mumbai)

Shift timings: Rotational

Week Off: Once a week

Role & responsibilities

1. Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant and bar operations.
• Ensure smooth service during peak flight hours and high passenger traffic.
• Maintain quality standards for food, beverages, and presentation.
• Coordinate with airport authorities and comply with all airport operational guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation, and vendor coordination.
  

2. Team Leadership & Staff Management

• Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant and bar staff.
• Prepare duty rosters aligned with flight schedules and peak times.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.
• Foster a positive, customer-focused work culture.
  

3. Customer Service Excellence

• Ensure premium guest experience for domestic and international travellers.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with FSSAI guidelines.

4. Financial & Commercial Accountability

• Manage P&L responsibility for the outlet.
• Achieve revenue targets and control operational costs.
• Monitor daily sales reports and implement strategies to increase average bill value.
• Ensure proper cash handling and billing procedures.
  

5. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure adherence to food safety, health, and liquor licensing regulations.
• Maintain documentation required by airport authorities and local government bodies.
• Enforce safety and security procedures within the outlet.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Candidate should be a graduate/HSC pass.
2. Should have 6-8 years of experience.
3. Experience of working at Airport will be an added advantage.
4. Should have good communication skills.
