Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager / Manager to join our team in Mumbai region . This is a field-based sales role designed to accelerate growth for our (on-off ) Valve Automation Division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our valve automation footprint within the assigned region.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while proactively managing and growing existing client accounts.
Provide expert technical support and conduct compelling product presentations for customers.
Prepare and submit accurate, competitive techno-commercial proposals.
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and superior customer satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed defined sales targets to contribute directly to the division's growth.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Instrumentation preferred).
5 to 810 years of proven experience in field sales, specifically within the valve automation or related industrial valves automation sectors.
Strong technical understanding of valve automation systems and their industrial applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and a willingness to travel extensively within the region.
