Experience in IT Industry

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage the HR function for our Mumbai office.

6-7 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus onrecruitment and employee relations in the IT or technology services industry.
Strong exposure to HR Generalist responsibilities with hands-on ownership of employee lifecycle processes.
Proficiency in HRMS platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Experience handling onboarding, employee engagement, employee relations, grievance handling, and exit management.
Comfortable working independently and managing HR activities for a business location.
Strong understanding of HR documentation, policies, and employee lifecycle management.

Job Responsibility

End-to-end IT recruitment processes, including job profiling, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for technical and non technical roles.
Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche IT positions.
Manage employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and new hireintegration.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, recognition activities, and culture-building programs.
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and HR support.
Handle employee grievances, workplace concerns, counselling, and conflict resolution with confidentiality and professionalism
Conduct exit interviews, manage separation processes, and analyse attrition trends.
Ensure timely issuance and maintenance of HR documentation including letters, policies, and employee records.
Maintain HRMS data and employee files with high accuracy.
Support implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and organizational development programs.
