Assistant Manager / General Manager

Job Description

Conduct financial, legal, secretarial and business due diligence of companies.
Review and assist in preparation of DRHP, RHP, Prospectus and other offer-related documents.
Analyse financial statements, business performance, industry data and key financial ratios.
Coordinate with promoters, statutory auditors, legal counsels, registrars, stock exchanges and other intermediaries.
Review corporate records, statutory filings, board/shareholder approvals and regulatory compliances.
Assist in drafting responses and submissions to SEBI, BSE, NSE and other regulatory authorities.
Identify key risks, disclosure requirements and transaction-related issues during due diligence.
Assist in IPO structuring, valuation analysis, peer comparison and preparation of transaction presentations.
Manage transaction checklists, documentation and timelines for ongoing assignments.
Participate in meetings with promoters and management teams and develop a detailed understanding of their businesses.
Support senior team members in other investment banking and capital market assignments.
