Assistant Manager - Business Development - HR Consulting

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to lead our Business Development team in the HR Consulting sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and HR consulting, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven experience in business development and HR consulting, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of the HR consulting industry, including current trends and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience working with CRM software and other sales management tools is an asset.
