Assistant Information Technology Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager IT to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, network systems, servers, and overall IT operations. The candidate should have strong technical expertise in Windows Server administration, network management, ERP/MIS systems, and manufacturing operations support.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the company’s IT infrastructure including networks, servers, systems, and software applications.
• Manage and administer Windows Server roles such as Active Directory (AD), DHCP, DNS, and related services.
• Ensure data security, system integrity, and implementation of IT security measures.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure minimal downtime.
• Provide technical support and training to employees for IT-related concerns.
• Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT services and support.
• Support ERP, MIS, and manufacturing operation systems.
• Develop and implement IT policies, backup processes, and system maintenance procedures.
• Conduct regular system audits and ensure compliance with IT standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure / IT Support.
• Strong understanding of networks, servers, security systems, and troubleshooting.
• Experience working in manufacturing industry environment will be preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
