Job Description

1. Recruitment Responsibilities:

a. Take ownership of the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews.

b. Empanel and manage relationships with recruitment consultants, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with company hiring standards.

c. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs using job portals, social media, networking, and other sourcing strategies.

d. Organize and lead campus recruitment drives and presentations, working closely with educational institutes and coordinating with internal technical teams as necessary to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

2. HR Generalist Responsibilities:

a. Facilitate onboarding processes by preparing documentation, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires.

b. Provide administrative support for HR functions, including attendance tracking, leave management, and employee records maintenance.

c. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities to foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

d. Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
