Assistant General Manager - Services

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

To manage building services including mechanical, electrical, fire & fire alarm, security & other special systems, also other specialized materials / equipment for our projects.
To develop cost effective plan for MEP services within budget
Tracks spends against allocated project budget and revises cost as per the requirements
Selection of MEP vendors in coordination with Contracts team.
To study the requirement, co-ordinate with design team and develop design & construction documents award of contracts.
Monitor the implementation during construction, assign property management division for building services as per requirement of the company after due approval of the Vice Chairman / Director / Vice President.
Adheres to project timelines
Identify and undertake processes / procedures improvement in own work area.
Recommend process improvement ideas to streamline efficiency / cost / productivity

Competencies Required:

Knowledge of latest technologies and materials used, related to MEP
Knowledge of MEP services such as Electrical equipment, fire-fighting system, plumbing, escalators, etc.
Construction & Project management skills
