Job Description

We Are Hiring for the role of Assistant Manager - Business Development

Location: Mumbai & Delhi.

Role & responsibilities :

To expand institutional partnerships and drive student enrolments by executing highimpact campus engagements, optimizing conversion performance, and identifying growth opportunities across the assigned territory.

Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with colleges, universities, and other higher education institutions within the assigned territory.
Conduct regular campus visits, meetings, and engagement activities with key decisionmakers.
Drive enrolment outcomes by delivering highimpact seminars and executing strong oncampus engagement initiatives that attract student interest.
Achieve enrolment targets for paid programs by optimizing conversion efficiency and ensuring effective progression of students through the enrolment funnel.
Identify new business development opportunities, competitive intel, and market trends to enhance territory performance.
Develop proactive strategies to accelerate territorywide expansion.

Preferred candidate profile:

Proven experience in sales and business development
Strong exposure to institutional sales
Excellent networking and relationshipbuilding abilities
High level of selfmotivation with the ability to work independently
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
6+ years experience in education industry or Edtech in similar role.
