Asset Lead with HAM and SAM exp (Manage Engine tool exp is a plus)

NP: Immediate to 15 days

Shift: General ( 6 days working) (9:30 am to 6:30 pm)

• Resource should have 4 to 5 years of experience.


• Must have experience of managing Manage Engine / ServiceNow IT asset Management tool.


• Having good knowledge of Excel.


• Should be interested to work on this profile & must be immediate joiner

Key Responsibilities:

1. Asset Inventory Management:
   
   
   
   
   • Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets (hardware/software/Data cards/ Accessories etc).

  • Track asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal.
  
  
  
  

• 
  
  
  
  • Creation of Asset code in tool.
  
  
  
  

• 
  
  
  
  • Reconciliation of asset with FAR.
  
  
  
  

• 
  
  
  
  • Coordinate the purchasing of IT assets.
  
  
  
  

• 
  
  
  
  • Keeping track of Store room inventory.
  
  
  
  

• 
  
  
  
  • Use asset management tools to monitor asset usage and location.
  
  
  
  

• 
  
  
  
  • Conduct regular audits to verify asset records.
  
  
  
  

• 
  
  
  
  • Manage software licenses.
  
  
  
  

• 
  
  
  
  • Track license renewals and usage.
  
  
  
  

• 
  
  
  
  • Generate reports on asset status, usage, and compliance.
  
  
  
  

• 
  
  
  
  • Work with IT teams to optimize asset utilization.

  • Assist in troubleshooting asset-related issues.

  • Call logging with vendors for the broken assets which is out of warranty and keep and track till call get close.
  
  
  
  

• 
  
  
  
  • Taking care of Insurance claim for the assets which has been stolen / Faulty and keep record of the same.
  
  
  
  

Working Conditions:

Monday to Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
