Job Description

We are looking for a visionary Art Director to lead and elevate our creative projects. As the driving force behind visual storytelling, you will conceptualize, design, and direct campaigns that captivate audiences across various media. You will work closely with designers, copywriters, and strategists to shape compelling brand narratives.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Direction Oversee and develop brand identities, campaigns, and visual concepts for print, digital, and multimedia platforms.
Visual Storytelling Craft compelling narratives through high-quality graphics, photography, and videography.
Concept Development Brainstorm and translate ideas into engaging, impactful designs.
Team Leadership Guide designers, illustrators, and production teams to ensure consistent and innovative design execution.
Client Collaboration Communicate with clients and stakeholders to align creative work with brand vision and business goals.
Tech & Tools Stay updated with the latest design software, trends, and techniques (Adobe Suite, Figma, 3D rendering, AI tools, etc).
Marketing & Branding Work alongside copywriters and marketing teams to create integrated advertising campaigns.
Project Management Handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high design standards under tight timelines.

Requirements:

2 years of experience in advertising, branding, or a related creative field.
Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and execution across print, digital, and social media.
Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, After Effects (or equivalent).
Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
Ability to lead a team, provide constructive feedback, and inspire creativity.
Strong communication skills able to present and defend creative decisions confidently.
Experience with motion graphics, UX/UI, or 3D design is a plus.
