About the Role
We are hiring an Area Operations Manager (AOM) to drive operational excellence across multiple territories. This role requires strong analytical skills, team leadership, and execution focus in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end operations for assigned regions and drive performance, productivity, and efficiency
Ensure adherence to SOPs and consistent process execution
Lead and manage large field teams (90 - 150 members), driving performance through coaching and reviews
Own regional targets and P&L metrics, identifying and executing growth opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experience
Use data-driven insights to solve problems and improve business outcomes
