Area Sales Manager (uPVC)

To ensure we maintain a competitive edge, we are specifically seeking a candidate with a deep-rooted background in the Building Materials industry or direct experience working with our Competitors in the uPVC sector.

Key Responsibilities

Network Optimization: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with our existing fabricator base, leveraging industry knowledge to increase wallet share.
Strategic Leadership: Guide and mentor the sales team, translating high-level targets into actionable daily goals.
Performance Management: Ensure the team remains focused and disciplined in achieving sales benchmarks through regular field visits and reviews.
Market Intelligence: Use your background to monitor competitor activities and market trends, adapting local strategies accordingly.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements

Industry Expertise: Minimum 48 years of sales experience exclusively within Building Materials (e.g., uPVC profiles, glass, hardware, roofing, or allied construction products).
Competitive Background: Direct experience working with major uPVC brands or competitors is highly preferred.
Network Access: Proven track record of managing and influencing fabricators, contractors, and regional distributors.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead a team and drive them toward consistent target achievement.
