Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs and concepts based on client requirements
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications
- Create 2D/3D models using architectural software
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants
- Visit project sites to monitor progress and ensure design compliance
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Prepare BOQs, project estimates, and documentation
- Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders
- Assist in project planning and timeline management
- Review contractor work and resolve design-related issues
Preferred candidate profile
- 2 - 5+ years of professional experience (adjust as required)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and construction processes
- Good communication and presentation skills
