Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Draughtsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and drafting, with excellent technical skills and attention to detail.
Roles and Responsibility
- Prepare and modify architectural drawings and designs using CAD software.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure accurate and complete project deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed records of drawings, designs, and project documentation.
- Conduct site visits to verify the accuracy of drawings and designs.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to drawings.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, practices, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
