Job Title: Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager - Architect

Reporting To: General Manager

Experience: 6 to 8 years

Location: Mumbai (Andheri East)

CTC: 8.00 Lacs 12.00 Lacs

Purpose of the role:

• An Architect will design, plan, and manage construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring functional, aesthetic, and regulatory compliance. This role will create detailed drawings, manage budgets, and oversee on-site construction to ensure projects align with market demands, sustainability standards, and zoning laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Planning: Create detailed architectural,, structural, and interior drawings using CAD, Sketch-up, and Revit.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and developers to align construction with project schedules and budgets.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
• Site Supervision: Perform regular on-site visits to verify that construction adheres strictly to plans and quality standards.
• Financial Control: Develop cost estimates and value engineering initiatives to optimize project costs.
• Visualization: Produce 3D models and renderings for presentations to stakeholders and investors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience in residential or commercial real estate high rise development.
• Proficiency in software: AutoCAD, Photoshop and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.

• Creative design and spatial planning abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail in both design and legal documentation
