Job Description
Work Mode: 4+1 day hybrid
Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai
REQUIREMENTS:
Develop and implement strategic plans for the billing department to achieve organizational goals
Establish and monitor departmental budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
Lead and manage a team of supervisors, team leads, and billing professionals
Collaborate with senior management to align billing strategies with overall business objectives
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the billing function
Make decisions about what needs to be done to achieve organizational objectives
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
10+ years of progressive experience in billing or accounting roles, with significant managerial experience
Proven track record of leadership and strategic thinking
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
