Apprentice -Quality Control Microbiology / Laboratory Trainee (Taloja MIDC)

1. Job Description & Responsibilities

• Aseptic Handling: Assist in performing aseptic techniques, including plating, streaking, and incubation of microbial cultures.
• Sample Testing: Support the team in conducting microbial analysis on water samples, raw materials, and finished products.
• Media Preparation: Preparation of culture media, reagents, buffers, and volumetric solutions.
• Lab Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and sterilization of laboratory equipment (autoclaves, incubators, biosafety cabinets).
• Documentation: Maintain meticulous records, logs, and data entries in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Safety Adherence: Follow safety and quality assurance protocols (SOPs) within the lab.

2. Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: B.Sc in Microbiology or M.Sc in Microbiology
• Experience: Fresher
• Skills: Basic knowledge of microbiological techniques, good observation skills, and attention to detail.

3. Apprenticeship Details

• Duration: 1 Year (365 days).
• Type: Full-time.
• Stipend: 18000 per month
