Job Title: Apprentice Role for Non-Technology hiring 2024 - 2025
Location: Bangalore
Role Description
The position is for an Apprenticeship - PB Operations based out of Mumbai and reporting to the Head, Controls - Operations (NPC).
Your key responsibilities
- Tracking deadlines for Key Operating document (KOD) for PB Operations and follow-ups with stakeholders for timely upload of KODs on policy portal.
- Go through existing KODs and liaise with Ops to understand the process followed on ground. Highlight deviations if any and re-draft / modify KODs.
- Design Publication of trackers on TAT Quality parameters.
- Revisit Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for each Ops related process and modify / re-define time and motion.
- Follow-up and publication of End of Day checklist for Operations.
- Assist in drafting BRDs for Ops and follow-up on deliverables with stakeholders to ensure timelines are met.
- Reconciling of vendor bills.
- Other Operations related activities which may be assigned from time to time.
Your skills and experience
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and Power point presentation.
- Excellent communication skills.
Education | Certification (Recommended):
- Bachelor Degree from an accredited college or university
Education/ Qualifications
- Minimum Graduation in any stream.
