Job Title: B.E / B.Tech- Civil Engineering Apprenticeship

(under the aegis of National Apprenticeship Training Scheme, Ministry of Education, Government of India)

Location: Mumbai

Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and eager Civil engineers to join our Structural Design team. As an apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience in the Real Estate industry while working alongside experienced professionals. This apprenticeship will provide you with valuable skills and knowledge that will help advance your career.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AutoCAD support.

2. Prepare sketches of the layout/sections of the substructure & superstructure of the building/plot.

3. Developing design worksheets.

4. Prepare the soil strata profiles & Sections with ground, plinth and strata levels based on the survey plan and bore logs.

5. Prepare first cut material consumption estimates (CE)

6. Provide support to the BOQ and specifications team.

7. Checking structural designs & calculations.

8. Check drawings before releasing to the site. Maintain A3 check prints with mark-ups in yellow and red.

9. Verify approximate consumption against the budget at each stage of VFC release.

Requirements:

B.E / B.Tech- Civil (2024-2025 year pass-outs).
Strong interest in Structural Design / Real Estate /Construction Industry
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
