Location - Mumbai & Pune

Looking for an experienced L2 Application Support Engineer with strong knowledge in Core Banking production support. Candidate should have hands-on experience in SQL, Shell Scripting, Linux, Docker/Kubernetes, and incident management tools like ServiceNow. Must be capable of handling Major Incidents (MIM), troubleshooting production issues, and working in a fast-paced support environment with distributed teams.

Requirements

Experience in L2/Application Support
Strong troubleshooting and production support skills
Good understanding of ITIL processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Flexible to work in shifts and handle critical callouts.
