Good knowledge on databases like MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle etc.
Understanding of digital platforms like website and mobile app development.
Provide application support for multiple applications
Change Management for all applications along with BCP/DR drill and appropriate recertification’s.
Automation Skills using any programming language like Java/Python
Knowledge on RPA Tool like UI Path will be an added advantage to perform business process automation.
