Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and assistance to end-users on anti-virus software and patch management.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to anti-virus software and patch management.

Job Requirements

Graduation degree required.
At least 1 year of experience in desktop-level support, preferably in anti-virus and patch management.
Strong knowledge of anti-virus software and patch management principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with industry-standard protocols and procedures for anti-virus software and patch management.
