Analytical Specialist

Job Description

The Specialist Analytics will be responsible for transforming enterprise data into actionable insights that support business decisions across commercial, marketing, supply chain, finance, and product teams. The role will focus on analyzing business KPIs, identifying performance drivers and demand patterns, supporting planning and forecasting processes, and enabling data-driven decisions through dashboards, advanced analytics, and AI-assisted insight generation. The role requires strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and the ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives.

Role & responsibilities

-- Analyse business, sales, and market data to generate actionable insights aligned to key KPI's.

• Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards for tracking business performance, demand patterns, and operational metrics.
• Support demand forecasting activities by analysing historical trends, seasonality, and market signals.
• Build and manage Power BI dashboards and visualisations for leadership and functional teams
• Apply advanced analytics techniques to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
• Leverage Agentic AI and LLM-based tools (including Copilot) to accelerate insight generation, summarization, and exception analysis.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define analytics requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.

• Manage data preparation and integration from enterprise data platforms (Fabric / Snowflake), ensuring data quality and consistency.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong ability to convert data into business insights and executive-ready narratives.

• Working knowledge of AI-assisted analytics and natural language query tools.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and analytics initiatives in parallel.
