Analytical Chemist

Job Description

Develop new raw materials using GC, GPC, and HPLC methods.
Create analytical testing procedures and practices for quality testing.
Analyze new raw materials using GC, GPC, and HPLC.
Coordinate with R&D for intermediate and competitor samples analysis.
Arrange third-party inspections of special tests as needed.
Validate analytical methods by GC, HPLC, and transfer to process level.
Calibrate GC, HPLC, and other analytical equipment.
Provide analytical support to customers and the R&D department.
Maintain analytical data and SOP documentation while conforming to safe working practices and ensuring achievement of Quality objectives.

Job Requirements

M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry or equivalent degree.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in GC, GPC, and HPLC methods.
Possess good knowledge of troubleshooting GC and HPLC issues.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment is essential.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.
Female candidates are preferred.
Work location: Khopoli in Mumbai.
Department: Quality Assurance.
Target industries: Paints, Coatings, Refractories, Ceramics, Resins, or other allied Chemical segments such as adhesives.
