• Join our experienced team and work on high quality engagements involving MNCs, Indian conglomerates as well as high growth Start-ups operating across a diverse range of industries.

• Gain exposure to working on a diverse nature of transaction advisory engagements performed for various corporate transactions, financial reporting, tax compliance, transaction support, financings and financial planning and litigation.

By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a wide variety of Transaction advisory services, including investment banking, diligences, valuation and structuring, in a highly client focused environment.

• Quickly developing an understanding of the industry, the business operations and its key drivers.

• Interpreting and analyzing of the financial statements, annual reports, management presentations and business plans.

• Development of various types of financial models to value debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions.

• Perform various valuation methods: comparable companies, precedents, and DCF.

• Develop recommendations for product offerings, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and valuations.

• Conduct, prepare and review of materials including investment memorandum, management presentations, teasers and pitch books.

• Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions.

• Create presentations for client portfolios.

• Preparing quality deliverables within agreed timeliness.

• Affinity for current events, critical issues, and relevant news.

In order to be considered for this role, your competencies will cover the broad scope of transaction advisory services, leveraging your professional background and skills such as:

• Prior Experience of 1-2 years in investment banking / venture capital / transaction advisory is a must.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• Excellent academic track record and credentials.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proven analytical and systematic problem solving skills

• Interest in working in a challenging and dynamic environment

• Strong commitment to professional client service excellence

• High quality interpersonal skills, integrity and credibility
