Position Name-AMC Engineer (Car parking)

Qualifications : Diploma
Experience - 05 to 07 years
Work Location - Mumbai
CTC : Up to 07 LPA

Responsibilities-
Lead and manage all activities related to AMC and service operations for automated car parking systems.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules (PPM) to ensure maximum uptime of systems.

Supervise and support the team in handling breakdowns, diagnostics, and root-cause analysis.

Provide expert guidance on PLC logic, PCB card repair/replacement, and sensor calibration.

Plan and coordinate installation work during AMC or upgrade activities.

Maintain strong working relationships with clients, ensuring service satisfaction and timely communication.

Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and OEMs for replacement parts, warranty claims, and technical support.

Ensure compliance with maintenance KPIs, safety standards, and reporting protocols.

Prepare periodic maintenance reports, asset health audits, and performance reviews for clients and management.

Provide training and development support to the maintenance team.

In-depth technical knowledge of PLCs, PCB cards, sensors, control panels, and related components.

Proven ability to lead preventive and corrective maintenance operations.

Strong experience in stakeholder management including clients, vendors, and contractors.

Proficiency in preparing PPM schedules, checklists, reports, and client documentation.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Good working knowledge of MS Office and maintenance reporting tools.
