Role :- Assistant Manager - Learning & Development

Company :- Aspect Global Ventures pvt. ltd.

Location :- Linking road, Bandra (W)

Salary - upto 8 L.p.a.

(Alternate Saturday working - 2nd & 4th Saturday off)

Requirements - Experienced with 6+ years of experience specifically in Learning & Development

Position Summary

• The role will be responsible for supporting the design, execution, and continuous enhancement of the Groups learning initiatives. The incumbent will work closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to identify skill gaps, design structured training programs, and deliver learning interventions that strengthen individual capability and business performance.
• Reporting to: AVP / Head Learning & Development
• Location: Mumbai (Bandra West)
• Industry Preference: Open Relevant Training experience required.
• Compensation: Highly competitive not a constraint for the right candidate

Key Responsbilities

• Learning Planning & Execution
• Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to identify training needs.
• Support implementation of the annual learning calendar.
• Align training programs with defined behavioural competencies and role expectations.
• Ensure timely execution and coverage across businesses.
• Capability Building & Training Programs
• Design and deliver functional, technical, and behavioral training programs.
• Facilitate classroom and virtual sessions in English and Hindi.
• Develop internal learning content (presentations, facilitator guides, toolkits, case studies).
• Collaborate with internal SMEs and external partners for program delivery.
• Travel inter-city and intra-city as required for facilitation.

• Learning Technology & Platforms
• Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) integrated with HRMS.
• Monitor digital learning adoption, microlearning, and blended learning initiatives.
• Track participation, completion, and effectiveness of programs.
• Maintain learning records and ensure documentation compliance.
• Measurement & Analytics
• Define and track metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and behavioural application.
• Create learning dashboards and reports for leadership review.
• Continuously improve programs based on feedback and data insights.

candidate profile

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
• 5 - 10 years of experience in Learning & Development.
• Strong experience in learning design and facilitation.
• Exposure to LMS implementation and digital learning platforms.
• Comfort in using AI tools for content creation and productivity enhancement.
