The position involves operational support, passenger service, and coordination with airline and airport authorities to ensure timely departures and arrivals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and baggage handling
  
• Verify passenger documents, tickets, and boarding passes
  
• Provide information regarding flight schedules, delays, or gate changes
  
• Coordinate with cabin crew and flight operations team
  
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally
  
• Ensure compliance with airport safety and security procedures.
