Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Executive - International Airline Ticketing with extensive experience in international fare rules, reissuances, GDS management, and B2B partner handling. The role involves managing complex itineraries, fare constructions, and supporting our global travel partners with high-quality ticketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ticketing Expertise: Manage issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds for complex international itineraries using GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
• Fare Construction: Handle net fares, published fares, fare ladders, and manually construct itineraries when required.
• Airline Coordination: Work directly with airline representatives for special fare waivers, approvals, schedule changes, and group booking support.
• Quality Control: Ensure error-free PNR handling, documentation, and adherence to SLA in B2B ticketing transactions.
• Client Support: Act as an escalation point for ticketing queries from junior team members and key B2B partners.
• Training & Mentorship: Support the training and development of junior staff in GDS functions and ticketing standards.
• MIS & Reporting: Maintain ticketing logs, productivity trackers, and provide regular updates to management on volume, errors, and client feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline; Certification in Travel & Tourism/IATA is highly preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years in international airline ticketing with a travel agency, consolidator, GDS provider, or airline.
• GDS Proficiency: Advanced level knowledge of at least one GDS (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) is a must.
• Airfare Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of international fare rules, baggage policies, interline agreements, and refund policies.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in fare calculations, reissues, and cancellations.
• Communication: Strong English communication and interpersonal skills to work with global clients and vendors.
• Problem Solving: Ability to think on your feet and handle high-pressure ticketing requests with speed and accuracy.
