Position Summary:

We currently have an opportunity for a AI /ML developer with at least 3-6 years of experience. This is a great position for a self-motivated, driven individual, with room for extensive growth.

Desired skills and experience:

As an AI/ML developer, a candidate MUST have:

Strong experience in Computer Vision and Object Detection models using frameworks/tools such as Azure Custom Vision, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenCV.
Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML services through REST APIs, including model inference pipelines and batch image processing workflows.
Experience working with geospatial/satellite/aerial imagery, mapping APIs, or spatial data processing is highly preferred.
Proficiency in Python and backend development, including API integrations with CRMs, enrichment services, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
Familiarity with deploying scalable AI solutions, managing training datasets, model evaluation, logging, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for real-world business use cases, including data processing, prediction pipelines, and intelligent automation workflows.
Build, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for accuracy, scalability, and production readiness.
Integrate third-party APIs, cloud AI services, databases, and backend systems to support end-to-end AI-driven applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, frontend/backend developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality AI-powered features.
Continuously improve model performance, system reliability, data workflows, and deployment processes while staying updated with emerging AI/ML technologies and best practices.

Nice to Have:

Experience working with the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) for developing full-stack web applications.
