AI / Agentic Systems Designer Intern

Job Description

Design and improve AI-assisted workflows for SEO research, keyword clustering, content brief generation, drafting, metadata generation, internal linking logic, content optimization, publishing support, and tuning/operating AI agents used in SEO and content workflows.
Translate operational needs into structured prompts, templates, instructions, and repeatable systems, testing outputs, identifying failure modes, and improving workflow reliability.
Help design human-in-the-loop review systems for quality control and document workflows, processes, and prompt libraries.
Monitor emerging AI tools and recommend improvements to internal workflows, contributing to experiments on how AI agents can accelerate content production without reducing quality.
Collaborate with founders and internal operators to contribute to AI workflow design and operational execution.

Job Requirements

Strong interest in AI tools, LLMs, automation, and agentic systems, with a technical or structured academic background (engineering, computer science, data, information systems, etc.).
Comfort working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms, and the ability to think in systems rather than isolated tasks.
Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tools and workflows, along with strong written English and attention to detail.
Structured thinking and documentation discipline, and the ability to work independently in fast-moving environments.
Execution mindset with a willingness to test, iterate, and improve systems, showing initiative, curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly.
Hands-on experience designing AI-assisted operational systems, practical knowledge of AI agent workflows and prompt engineering, understanding of SEO automation and AI-assisted content pipelines.
