Role : Agency Business Partner (ABP)
Location : Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Nashik, Solapur, Satara, Baramati, Chh. Sambhajinagar, Ahilyanagar & Jalgaon
Job Description
- Recruit /Train FCs and advisors.
- Act as a mentor, coach for the team to drive Business/Sales Targets
- Enhance FC earnings based on vintage.
- Focusing on advisor and FC retention.
- Focus on Customer retention.
- Generate sales leads through Financial Consultants and advisors by upselling and cross selling of product mix
- Branch development through recruitment and social networking skills
Personal Attributes & Competencies
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to mentor team of FCs and advisors
- Applicant must be excellent at selling skills and social networking skills
- Should be well conversant in the local language and must have excellent communication skills
Salary
- 4 Lac to 6 Lac - Per Annum

- 26-45 Years
